Tactical 103 — Participant Safety, Risk & Liability Waiver

Provider: Tactical 103 LLC ("Provider")
Activities: Firearms safety training, range use, live-fire/dry-fire drills, movement/low-light, medical skills practice, and related instruction ("Activities").
Location(s): Provider's designated ranges/training venues and off-site facilities ("Premises").

1) Eligibility & Voluntary Participation

I am voluntarily participating. I am legally permitted to possess/handle firearms and ammunition. I am not under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medications and will not be while on the Premises.

2) Assumption of Risk

I understand firearms training is inherently dangerous. Risks include accidental discharge, hearing/eye injury, trip/fall hazards, burns, lacerations, ricochet, equipment failure, weather exposure, and actions of others. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, known and unknown, even if arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

3) Safety Rules (Non-Negotiable)

• Treat every firearm as loaded; strict muzzle discipline; finger off trigger until sights are on target and I intend to fire.
• Follow the 180° rule and firing lines; obey "STOP/CEASE FIRE" immediately.
• Use only approved firearms/holsters; eye/ear protection required.
• No handling firearms off the line or during cold range periods.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

4) Health Disclosure & Fitness

I certify I am physically/mentally fit to participate and have disclosed relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or limitations.

5) Personal Equipment & Ammunition

I am solely responsible for the condition and safe use of my firearms, magazines, optics, lights, holsters, belts, and ammunition (factory or approved).

6) Release, Waiver & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Provider, owners, officers, instructors, agents, contractors, volunteers, range owners, landlords, affiliates, and other participants ("Released Parties") from any and all claims for injury, death, or property damage arising out of the Activities or my presence on the Premises, including those arising from ordinary negligence. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by me or on my behalf, or by third parties arising from my acts or omissions.

7) Emergency Care & Medical Consent

I consent to basic first aid (including tourniquet application) and EMS activation. I am financially responsible for any medical costs.

8) Recording, Media & Training Data

Training may be recorded for safety/coaching. Public use of my image/data is optional by checkbox below.

9) Property Searches & Ejection

Provider may inspect gear for safety and remove any person for unsafe/disruptive behavior without refund.

10) Personal Property

Provider is not liable for loss/theft/damage of personal property.

11) Minors

A parent/legal guardian must sign for participants under 18 and remain on-site unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing law is the state where the Activities occur. Disputes resolved in that state's courts or, if mutually agreed, binding arbitration. Prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees/costs.

13) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This is the entire agreement.

14) Digital Signature & Data

I agree that my electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Provider may retain this agreement and related safety/participation records (including IP, timestamp, device metadata).
